About Me
Hi I’m Shannon, originally from Texas, USA and currently live in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I’ve been in UX research & research operations for the past 7 years at IKEA, Just Eat Takeaway, and Google living between San Francisco and Amsterdam.
I have worked in all parts of the research operations process with a specific interest in accessibility & inclusion, international research, AI, and quantitative research.
Outside of work, I love traveling, participating in any outdoor activities (especially hiking, running, and snowboarding), non-fiction creative writing / storytelling, and trying different spicy foods. I’m also a movie enthusiast, and you can sometimes find me working at film festivals around the world.
